Becoming a creator
Anyone can build and share workflow templates on n8n.io. Sign up as a creator, then read the Creator Hub guide for the submission guidelines before you submit your first template.
Before you email
The Creator Hub guide explains how to submit a template, what the review checks for, and how to become a verified creator. You submit and track your templates in the Creator Dashboard.
How long does a review take? The Creators team usually reviews submissions within a week, often sooner.
Why can't I submit another template? New creators can submit one template at a time. You can submit the next one once the previous one is approved.
When do I become a verified creator? After 3 approved templates.
Verified creators can submit up to 4 templates at a time, and get access to the creators' Discord channel, a verified creator badge, and the option to publish paid templates.
When to email creators@n8n.io
A review has taken more than a week
You submitted a template by mistake and want it withdrawn
You need to change your creator profile details
Your badge or Discord access hasn't arrived after your third approved template
An approved template doesn't show up on n8n.io
You didn't get the confirmation email for your Creator Dashboard account
Include the email address of your creator account. If your question is about a specific template, include its name or link too.
