Features not available on n8n Cloud Enterprise, Pro and Starter plans

  • Environment variables: cannot set or access custom environment variables

  • Base URL: cannot customise URLs/Have custom domains. This option is only available on the Self-Hosted edition of n8n, including the self-hosted Business and Enterprise plans.

  • Ports: cannot configure

  • Proxies: cannot configure

  • TLS / SSL: custom certificates or settings cannot be applied

  • Database backend: cannot select type, host, or configure settings

  • Queue mode: cannot adjust

  • Worker count/concurrency: cannot configure

  • Execution timeouts: cannot adjust

  • Node management: cannot include/exclude nodes manually

  • Workflow execution control: retries, pruning, and queue behaviour cannot be customised

Features FAQ

Can I configure or increase my concurrency limit for my Cloud instance?
No. Concurrency limits are fixed per Cloud plan and cannot be changed. There is no setting anywhere in the workspace to adjust this. To get a higher concurrency limit, upgrade to a plan with a higher limit (see the plan list with available features above).
