How to resolve failed payment attempts

Payments can fail for several reasons, even if your payment details are up-to-date. Common problems include:

  • A temporary communication problem between your bank and our merchant Paddle

  • The card issuing bank requires additional verification steps

  • Daily/weekly/monthly card limits exceeded

Most of these problems can be easily solved by simply re-entering your card details at https://app.n8n.cloud/manage/billing.

If you are still encountering transaction issues when attempting to pay with a credit card, we recommend using an alternative payment method, as we support both PayPal and Google Pay for subscription transactions.

If you are still facing any problems after attempting these resolution options, we recommend reaching out to our payment provider Paddle directly via assist@paddle.com. Please make sure to provide your transaction details to expedite the resolution process.
