Known issue: n8n Academy badge assignment is currently offline

Badge assignment in the n8n Academy is currently offline due to an issue with Accredible, the platform we use to issue digital badges.

What's happening

The n8n Academy uses Accredible to issue and email digital badges. Learners can normally view their badges at badges.n8n.io. While this issue is ongoing, badges are not being assigned.

Accredible is our badge and verification platform only. The courses themselves are hosted on the n8n Academy, and course certificates are handled separately from Accredible badges.

Current status

This is an ongoing issue. We don't have a workaround or an estimated time for a fix at the moment.
