Applying the "Lenny" Discount Code to your subscription

If you're having trouble applying a discount code to your subscription, follow these steps to ensure everything is entered correctly:

Steps to Apply the Discount Code

  1. Start a new free trial account

  2. Go to your dashboard here: https://app.n8n.cloud/dashboard and select "Upgrade Plan".

  3. Choose the "Starter" cloud plan. IMPORTANT: Ensure you are selecting the Yearly Starter plan. The discount code will only work on the yearly plan.

  4. During checkout, enter the discount code exactly as provided, without any extra spaces or characters. Double-check that you are using the registered email address associated with your account.

  5. Make sure that the due amount to pay shows 0.

Troubleshooting Common Issues

  • If you receive an error message stating "You need to enter a valid discount code," verify that the code is still valid and has not expired, and that you're subscribing to the yearly plan, not the monthly one. If the issue persists, take a screenshot of the error message and contact support for further assistance.

  • If you already subscribed incorrectly and weren't able to add the coupon code on checkout/were billed for the yearly amount, you'll have to cancel the subscription and ask for a refund, as the coupon cannot be added after you've already subscribed. Then, you can resubscribe and apply the coupon correctly on checkout. If you face any issues with this, please contact support at help@n8n.io.
