My payment is failing / trouble with credit card
Payments can fail for several reasons, even if your payment details are up-to-date. Common problems include:
A temporary communication problem between your bank and our merchant Paddle
The card issuing bank requires additional verification steps
Daily/weekly/monthly card limits exceeded
Many of these problems can be easily solved by simply re-entering your card details on Admin Dashboard > Manage > Billing

Please note that if your plan is cancelled/paused due to failed payments, your account data and backups will only be kept for 90 days unless the subscription is resumed or a new subscription is started.
