How to change the VAT number on my subscription?
If you need to add or correct a VAT ID on your subscription for future renewals, you don't need to cancel and recreate your subscription — this can be updated directly by our payment provider, Paddle.
How to Update Your VAT
Reach out to Paddle's Buyer Support team at assist@paddle.com and request that they add or update the VAT ID on your existing subscription.
When getting in touch, please make sure to include your subscription details to help expedite the resolution process.
What to Include in Your Email
To help Paddle resolve your request as quickly as possible, include the following:
The email address associated with your account
Your subscription ID (if available)
The VAT number you'd like to add or correct
