How do I cancel my trial

We're sorry to see you go!

Your trial automatically ends after the trial period. Your account is then deleted shortly after, and you will not be charged unless you manually subscribe to a plan.

Trial ending, need more time but not right now

For cases like yours, where you want to revisit a free trial at a later date, we recommend 1) exporting your workflows and 2) signing up for a new trial with a different email address when you are ready.

We keep a backup of your data for 90 days, and you can download your workflows from your admin panel here: https://app.n8n.cloud/manage/export

Can I extend my trial

We understand that you may not have had time to thoroughly test all features. We can extend your trial one time as a courtesy. Reach out to our support via email to ask for this extension. Please make sure you reach out from the email associated with your n8n cloud account. Trial ended and now I want to subscribe

If you subscribe within a few days of the trial ending you can still use your current instance. You are still able to download your workflows for 30 days from the Admin Dashboard here: https://app.n8n.cloud/manage/export. Is there a FREE n8n plan

There is currently no free n8n plan. After the trial ends, you need to subscribe to a paid plan.
