n8n cloud trial FAQ
How do I cancel my trial
We're sorry to see you go!
Your trial automatically ends after the trial period. Your account is then deleted shortly after, and you will not be charged unless you manually subscribe to a plan.
Trial ending, need more time but not right now
If you want to revisit n8n at a later date, we recommend:
Downloading your workflows from the Admin Panel before your trial ends. For step-by-step instructions, see How to export your workflows.
Signing up for a new trial with a different email address when you are ready.
Your workflow data is kept for 90 days after the trial ends, so you have time to export even if you don't do it right away.
Can I extend my trial?
Yes, we can extend your trial once as a courtesy. Contact support from the email address associated with your n8n Cloud account. If you're unsure which email that is, check Troubleshooting login issues.
I want to pause and come back later
We recommend exporting your workflows before your trial ends, then signing up with a different email address when you're ready for a new trial.
My trial ended and I want to subscribe
If you subscribe within a few days of the trial ending, your existing instance is still available. You can also download your workflows for up to 30 days after the trial ends.
Is there a free plan?
There is no free plan. After the trial ends, a paid subscription is required to continue using n8n Cloud.
