How to add or modify execution limits on your Cloud Pro-2 monthly plan
Overview
Every n8n Cloud plan includes a fixed number of monthly executions, listed on the pricing page. You cannot set an arbitrary execution limit on any Cloud plan.
Only the Cloud Pro-2 monthly plan lets you add executions, using the Custom plan option in the Admin Panel. It starts at the included 50,000 and goes up in preset tiers to 500,000. It cannot go below 50,000, and there is no execution tier between Pro-1 (10,000) and Pro-2 (50,000). All other plans must upgrade to Pro-2 monthly to buy more. Pro-2 annual subscribers can submit a request and support will apply the change.
How to purchase additional executions on Pro-2 monthly
Pro-2 monthly: You can adjust it yourself:
Log in and go to the Admin Panel.
Go to Manage > Change plan.
Choose the Custom plan.
Select your new execution limit.
Confirm and submit.
See this screenshot for details on chosing the custom plan and the new execution limit:
Pro-2 annual: At this moment, self-serve adjustment isn't available on annual billing. Submit a request through the Help Center and a support agent will make the change for you.
On Trial, Starter, or Pro-1 and hit your execution limit?
If you're on a Trial, Cloud Starter, or Cloud Pro-1 plan and you've hit your monthly execution limit, the steps for modifying execution limits do not apply to you. Self-serve custom execution limits are only available on the Cloud Pro-2 monthly plan.
Instead, you have two options if you need executions before your next monthly reset:
Request a one-time courtesy execution reset. We can reset your current month's execution count once, free of charge. This is available once per customer on Trial, Starter, and Pro-1. See Can you reset my executions? for details on eligibility and how to request it.
Upgrade your plan for a higher ongoing execution limit.
Important Considerations
Ensure that your current execution usage does not already exceed the new limit before making changes.
The new monthly cost will take effect starting on your next billing date. You will only be billed for your new custom execution limit at the start of your next billing cycle. There's no cost associated with the change between now and the next billing date.
